The Silver Fox Showcase Auction is a great opportunity to add quality Silver Fox stock from breeders across the country to your herd while supporting the NSFRC, Youth Scholarship Fund and regional clubs.

Who May Consign

The consignor must be an active NSFRC member and in good standing.
There is a limit of two (2) animals per person/breeder.
The auction is limited to a maximum of 16 consigned animals.

Rabbit Requirements

Must have at least three generations of Silver Fox on the full pedigree and be accepted as a purebred Silver Fox.
A full and complete three-generation pedigree must be provided.
Every rabbit listed on the pedigree must include an ear number or name, weight and variety.
Animals with missing pedigree information will not be accepted.
Rabbit must be tattooed.
Rabbit must be free of disqualifications.
Rabbit must weigh at least 4.5 pounds.
Rabbit must be at least 12 weeks old.

Accepted Varieties

All ARBA-recognized Silver Fox colors are accepted, along with non-ARBA recognized colors limited to COD and COD applied for colors, tort varieties, broken varieties and REW .

Consignment & Donation Options

Animal	Donation Options
First Animal	First Animal: The consignor may choose to donate 50% of the proceeds and retain the remaining 50%, or donate 100% of the proceeds. Any donated portion may be directed entirely to the NSFRC or split equally between the NSFRC and a regional club selected by the consignor.
Second Animal	Second Animal: The second animal must be donated 100%. Proceeds may be directed entirely to the NSFRC or split equally between the NSFRC and a regional club selected by the consignor.

NSFRC Allocation: Of the portion donated to the NSFRC, 50% is allocated to the NSFRC Youth Scholarship Fund.

Important Submission Deadlines

Advance consignments: Deadline is two (2) days after the close of entries for the show where the auction is being held.
Convention show additions: Animals placing in the top 15 of their class may be entered after the advance deadline, provided the 16-animal maximum has not already been reached.
These additional animals must be entered by 6:00 pm on the day of the show.
No animals will be accepted on the day of the auction.

How to Submit a Rabbit

Take three posed photos of the rabbit: top, side and rear views.
Prepare the complete three-generation pedigree as a PDF.
Email the photos and pedigree to auction@club.nsfrc.com .
Include your name, rabbit information and selected donation option.

Absentee Bidding

Can't attend the auction but see a rabbit you'd like to bid on? Absentee bidding is available.

Contact Kacy Knapp at auction@club.nsfrc.com for an absentee bid form.
Winning bidders are responsible for arranging transportation for their rabbits.

Payment

Payment will be accepted by Cash, Check, PayPal, Stripe or Venmo.
