HOTEL for SILVER FOX:
Reservations must be received by March 2nd - after that date, rate is normal rate and availability is first come first serve. Make sure you mention the Silver Fox Rabbit Club!! to get the club rate...there are other rabbit clubs that have reserved rooms, we want to make sure to get the rooms we have reserved. The rate for the room is $60/night. This is a very good rate for the hotel and we are thankful to the IRBA for helping us get this deal.

PSEUDO-BANQUET:
Relax after the show with other Silver Fox breeders! We are tentatively meeting for dinner Saturday after the show at Cracker Barrel (very close to host hotel).
To get seating together we would like to let them know how many to plan for...please contact Deb Dvorak either by email or call 309-712-9699
to let her know how many people will be in your party.
This year the National Silver Fox Club will have a Silver Fox Auction in addition to our raffle table at the Silver Fox Booth. This auction and raffle are much needed money makers for our club.
The auction is for Black, Chocolate or Blue Silver Fox and can be JR's, Intermediates or Seniors. Must be free of any DQ's and have a full pedigree. This is a 50/50 split. Which means the breeder will receive 50% of the sold price with the club receiving the other 50%. The minimum bid will be $40.00. (The breeder can opt to forfeit his 50% - therefore giving the entire proceeds to the club and will be announced at the auction)
So that I can plan accordingly and have enough cage markers for our auction animals, I am asking anyone who plans on having an auction rabbit to contact me by March 21st. Prior to nationals I will be sending all auction animal breeders an email with further information.

IRBA SHOW
The Illinois State Rabbit Breeders are hosting our event in conjunction with their double all-breed show. There is also a Satin/Mini Satin specialty
show. HERE for the IRBA show flyer and entry form.
Check In/Arrival: Cooping will be set up, and they will have tables and chairs set up for our raffle anytime after noon on Friday (23rd). They prefer check in to not
start until around 3:00, so it gives time Friday to get coop cards on and everything else finalized. If someone comes in before 3:00, they can
certainly work with you but you may have to wait to coop your animals if the coop cards are not all in place.
